Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead the end-to-end marketing lifecycle, from concept development to product launch and lifecycle management.
- Analyze consumer insights and market data to drive product innovation and competitive positioning.
- Manage the brand budget and ensure optimal return on investment (ROI) for all marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative agencies.
- Oversee public relations and communications to maintain a positive brand image.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry shifts to adapt strategies proactively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the FMCG or beauty industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing brands in the Philippine market.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
