In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end brand strategy, defining positioning, value propositions, and brand architecture. You will guide the development of our Hero SKUs and ensure our products resonate deeply with consumers. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and execution of the end-to-end brand strategy for the multivitamin category.
- Define and articulate the brand positioning, value proposition, and architecture to ensure market relevance.
- Drive the product lifecycle management, focusing on Hero SKU development and portfolio optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Sales, and Marketing to ensure cohesive brand execution.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Oversee creative production and media planning to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Brand Management, preferably within the Healthcare, FMCG, or Consumer Goods industry.
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful brands or revitalizing existing ones.
- Strong understanding of brand architecture, consumer psychology, and market positioning.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
