Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain detailed business process models and documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders
- Monitor implementation of solutions and ensure they meet business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in higher education or public sector is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is preferred
