As our Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between IT solutions and business objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable recommendations for business growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new system implementations.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of current operational systems to identify areas for process improvement.
- Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making processes for senior management.
- Lead digital transformation projects, ensuring seamless integration between IT infrastructure and business needs.
- Provide strategic oversight on budget planning and cost-optimization initiatives across club operations.
- Facilitate effective communication between the technical team and non-technical business units to ensure project alignment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a similar strategic role.
- Proven expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and ERP systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in the hospitality, F&B, or luxury leisure industry is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Indonesian is a strong advantage.
