Tanggung Jawab
- Lead comprehensive business process analysis, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization within financial operations.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and various business units, to design and implement robust solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the Business Transformation Manager in developing and executing strategic initiatives and roadmaps.
- Conduct impact assessments and risk analysis for proposed changes, ensuring alignment with regulatory compliance and business objectives.
- Develop test plans, coordinate UAT, and provide post-implementation support to ensure seamless adoption of new systems and processes.
- Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to best practices within the Business Analysis function.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst, with a significant focus on the financial services or banking industry.
- Proven track record in business process re-engineering, standardization, and project implementation.
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory environments (e.g., AML, KYC, Basel, IFRS).
- Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques (e.g., use cases, user stories, BRD) and modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; PMP, CBAP, or similar certification is a plus.
