Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for People & Culture transformation programs, including requirements gathering, documentation, and validation
- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and design optimized solutions
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across all organizational levels to define needs and align on outcomes
- Develop comprehensive business requirements documents, process flows, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions meet business objectives
- Monitor transformation progress and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Drive change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in transformation or complex change programs
- Proven expertise in People & Culture, HRIS, or organizational development initiatives
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in business analysis methodologies (BPMN, UML, user stories)
- Experience with requirement management tools and process mapping
- Knowledge of financial services industry highly advantageous
