Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in category management, product marketing, or FMCG industry
- Proven track record of developing successful category strategies in beauty/personal care
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in market research and data interpretation
- Strong project management abilities with cross-functional leadership experience
- Deep understanding of Philippine market dynamics and consumer preferences
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
