Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, program, and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines to produce high-precision components.
- Interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure manufacturing accuracy.
- Perform regular machine maintenance and calibration to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot machining errors and implement corrective actions for process optimization.
- Ensure all parts meet strict tolerance requirements and quality control standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in accordance with industrial safety protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve manufacturing cycle times and tool efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining (specifically 3, 4, and 5-axis).
- Proficiency in G-code programming and familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidCAM).
- Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical blueprints and technical manuals.
- High level of precision and attention to detail.
- Experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
