PERSOL is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Communication Executive to lead our engagement initiatives within the banking sector. In this six-month contract role, you will play a pivotal part in organizing and executing comprehensive people engagement events and programs designed to elevate the employee journey. Your primary focus will be reinforcing strategic business messages while fostering a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative campaigns, manage logistics for large-scale events, and ensure consistent communication across all levels of the organization. - Design and implement strategic internal communication plans and engagement initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of people engagement events, from town halls to team-building activities.
- Manage the end-to-end event lifecycle, including budgeting, vendor management, and on-site logistics.
- Create compelling content for newsletters, intranets, and digital platforms to drive engagement and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding communication needs and inquiries.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of engagement programs to drive continuous improvement and ROI.
- Promote company culture and values through internal storytelling and employee recognition programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or event management within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale internal events and communication campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and tone.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and internal social platforms.
- Ability to translate complex business strategies into clear, engaging messages for diverse employee audiences.
