Tanggung Jawab
- Lead PMO governance frameworks for regional banking projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between IT, operations, and business stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project documentation including roadmaps, risk registers, and status reports
- Implement process optimization strategies to enhance project delivery efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and best practices
- Provide guidance to junior consultants on PMO methodologies and banking industry nuances
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of PMO or project management experience in banking/financial services
- Proven expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk assessment and mitigation
- Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM) highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of banking operations, compliance requirements, and fintech trends
