- Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-value consumer insights and brand strategy consulting projects for key clients.
- Translate complex data sets into compelling, actionable narratives and strategic recommendations.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and clients.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Drive the design and execution of innovative research methodologies, including panels, surveys, and analytics.
- Present findings to executive audiences, influencing key business decisions and driving market growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes to provide forward-thinking insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field; Masterâs degree is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or brand consulting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead consultant role.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from diverse data sources and market trends.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, SQL).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
