- Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communication strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage financial communications including earnings releases, investor presentations, and market commentary
- Lead public relations campaigns to enhance brand visibility and manage media relationships
- Provide counsel on investor relations strategies and stakeholder engagement programs
- Oversee crisis communications and reputation management initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform communication approaches
- Mentor junior consultants and manage cross-functional project teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, financial communications, or investor relations
- Proven track record of developing successful PR and IR campaigns
- Strong writing/editing skills with ability to craft complex financial narratives
- Experience managing media relations and crisis communications
- Professional certification in communications or PR (e.g., CPRS, IABC) preferred
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to advise senior leadership
