- Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to improve customer retention and lifetime value.
- Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital advertising channels.
- Analyze customer data and purchasing behavior to segment audiences for personalized marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of our CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align digital content with luxury brand standards and store events.
- Monitor campaign performance KPIs and provide actionable insights through detailed monthly reports.
- Assist in the planning and execution of omnichannel loyalty programs and exclusive client outreach events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CRM and digital marketing, preferably within the luxury, retail, or high-end services sector.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret consumer trends and campaign performance metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to craft sophisticated, brand-aligned copy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment.
