Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist in daily cashier operations, including cash handling, bill payments, and sales reconciliation.
- Conduct regular stock checks, manage inventory levels, and assist with stock replenishment.
- Mentor and train junior staff members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and store policies.
- Ensure store shelves are well-organized, clean, and visually appealing according to merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Store Manager to support store operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V or Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Ability to work flexible working hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and cash handling.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
