Honeywell is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist to drive digital demand generation and customer engagement across Asia Pacific (excluding China). - Lead digital demand generation campaigns across Asia Pacific (excluding China) to drive qualified leads.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and regional marketing teams to align campaign objectives and performance metrics.
- Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI.
- Create compelling content assets (e.g., emails, landing pages, social media) in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage marketing automation workflows and nurture sequences to accelerate the customer lifecycle.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to continuously refine marketing approaches.
- Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and virtual meetings to generate pipeline opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing within a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of designing and managing multiâchannel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline growth.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting data, creating reports, and translating insights into strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messaging for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work in a fastâpaced, matrixed organization and manage multiple priorities concurrently.
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed (up to 10%).
