Kualifikasi
- 8+ years in data science, analytics, or market research with 3+ years in leadership
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record in developing predictive models for consumer behavior
- Deep understanding of APAC media landscape and digital trends
- Strong experience with A/B testing and experimental design
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting technical insights to non-technical audiences
