Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation for property listings.
- Oversee end-to-end management of paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and property portal advertising.
- Optimize website performance and SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and improve conversion rates.
- Analyze marketing metrics and provide monthly performance reports to optimize ROI and budget allocation.
- Manage and nurture social media channels to engage potential homeowners and real estate investors.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing qualified leads (MQLs) are effectively converted into sales opportunities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive advantage in the real estate digital space.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate or property technology sector.
- Proven track record in managing substantial digital marketing budgets and achieving measurable KPIs.
- Deep expertise in Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM software, and performance marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing external agencies and internal stakeholders.
