Lead the design and implementation of executive compensation programs that align with business objectives, drive performance, and attract top-tier talent. Provide expert governance counsel to boards of directors on compensation philosophy, regulatory compliance, and shareholder value. Your insights will influence executive pay structures, equity plans, and long-term incentives across APAC markets. Collaborate with C-suite executives to deliver innovative solutions in a dynamic regulatory environment, while mentoring high-performing teams to elevate industry standards.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Design and implement strategic executive compensation programs, including salary, bonus, equity, and long-term incentives
  • Advise boards of directors on compensation governance, regulatory compliance, and best practices
  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analytics to ensure competitive positioning
  • Lead compensation-related projects including job evaluations, salary structures, and pay equity assessments
  • Partner with senior leadership to align compensation strategies with business objectives and corporate culture
  • Develop compensation communications and materials for board meetings and shareholder disclosures
  • Mentor and develop team members to foster technical excellence and client relationship management

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) preferred
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in executive compensation with 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven track record advising boards and C-suite executives on compensation matters
  • Deep expertise in Singaporean and international compensation regulations (e.g., MAS guidelines)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Experience managing compensation projects in APAC markets with multinational exposure
