Teads, the global leader in native advertising, is seeking a visionary Senior Director of Marketing, APAC to spearhead our brand presence and demand generation strategy across the diverse Asia-Pacific region. As a key member of our regional leadership team, you will translate global initiatives into localized market strategies, driving business growth and strengthening our reputation as the ultimate platform for premium advertising.

The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller who excels at bridging the gap between innovative ad-tech solutions and client needs. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns, industry-leading events, and thought-leadership content that positions Teads at the forefront of the advertising technology sector.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the APAC region aligned with global business goals.
  • Lead regional brand awareness and demand generation campaigns to drive sales pipeline growth.
  • Manage the APAC marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI across channels including events, digital, PR, and partner marketing.
  • Oversee regional PR and communication efforts to elevate Teads' industry voice in key markets like Singapore, Japan, Australia, and SE Asia.
  • Mentor and lead high-performing marketing teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales leadership to support local market entry and product adoption.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic pivots and product positioning.

Kualifikasi

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role within the AdTech, Media, or SaaS industry.
  • Deep understanding of the APAC advertising landscape, programmatic advertising, and media buying ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-market campaigns and cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor talent and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior-level decision-makers.
  • Experience managing significant budgets and demonstrating tangible impact on revenue growth.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
