Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the production of high-quality, detailed architectural documentation and technical drawings.
- Develop 3D models and construction documents using industry-standard software (Revit, Archicad, AutoCAD).
- Collaborate directly with Melbourne-based architects to interpret design intent and ensure accurate implementation.
- Ensure all documentation complies with Australian building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Manage documentation schedules and deliverables to meet strict project deadlines.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all drawings and models to maintain premium standards.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly with the design team and external stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in architectural documentation and drafting.
- Proven proficiency in Revit, Archicad, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with premium residential projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and manage time effectively.
