We're seeking a results-driven professional to oversee our online sales operations, optimize customer experiences, and drive revenue growth in Indonesia's competitive e-commerce landscape. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily e-commerce operations across online marketplaces and company website
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Manage and optimize product listings, SEO/SEM campaigns, and social media marketing
- Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Train and mentor junior e-commerce staff on best practices and performance metrics
- Monitor competitor activities and industry innovations to maintain competitive advantage
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of e-commerce management experience with proven sales growth
- Expertise in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Tokopedia, Shopee)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and sales reporting tools
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English for regional market expansion
