Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share across ecommerce channels.
- Perform deep-dive analysis of product margins, sales performance, and competitor pricing to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with global purchasing and marketing teams to align pricing with inventory health and promotional calendars.
- Implement and manage dynamic pricing software/tools to ensure real-time competitiveness.
- Conduct regular reporting and presentations for stakeholders regarding pricing trends, market shifts, and financial performance.
- Monitor and analyze the impact of pricing changes on customer conversion rates and overall sales volume.
- Conduct A/B testing on pricing tactics to determine the most effective strategies for various product categories.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in ecommerce pricing, revenue management, or retail data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce market dynamics, competitive landscape, and digital retail metrics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work effectively with international, cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Experience with SQL or other database querying languages is highly preferred.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
