PT Uper Education Technology is seeking a results-driven Senior Education Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Tangerang Selatan. In this role, you will be the bridge between our innovative digital learning solutions and prospective students, playing a pivotal role in driving our growth.

We are looking for a closer who can masterfully convert online leads generated from our social media and digital marketing channels into enrolled students. You will be responsible for navigating the full sales cycle, providing consultative advice to prospective learners, and ensuring our educational programs reach those who need them most. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and follow up on incoming digital leads from various social media and online platforms.
  • Conduct professional consultative sales calls and meetings to identify student learning needs.
  • Present educational solutions effectively, highlighting the unique value proposition of our programs.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial inquiry to final enrollment and payment processing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and conversion strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer requirements to help improve our service offerings.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the education or service industry.
  • Strong track record of converting digital/social media leads into successful sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a natural ability to influence and persuade.
  • High level of proficiency with CRM software and digital sales communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data reporting.
