Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze architectural and engineering drawings to prepare detailed quantity take-offs.
- Develop comprehensive cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment for construction projects.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to obtain competitive quotes from vendors and subcontractors.
- Evaluate tender documents and provide strategic advice on project feasibility and risk.
- Conduct site visits to gather information for accurate estimation and site condition assessment.
- Prepare and present professional bidding packages and cost reports to management.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of current market prices for construction materials and labor.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, or specialized takeoff software).
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and mathematical precision.
- Deep understanding of construction methods, material costs, and local building regulations in Indonesia.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional communication skills with the ability to negotiate with stakeholders and suppliers.
