Tanggung Jawab

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events including corporate functions, private parties, and special occasions
  • Develop detailed event plans including timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination
  • Manage client relationships to understand their needs and ensure event satisfaction
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure seamless event execution
  • Monitor event budgets and expenses while ensuring cost-effective solutions
  • Oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of events to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Handle on-site event management and troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Post-event evaluation and reporting to identify areas for improvement

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning and coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and vendors
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
