Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end production lifecycle for large-scale events, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Direct technical operations, including stage management, audio-visual setups, and lighting coordination.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and adhere to event budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and financial control.
- Supervise on-site event operations to guarantee safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align events with brand objectives and target audiences.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and measure success metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in event production or event management within a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong technical understanding of event infrastructure, AV systems, and production logistics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or Event Management.
- Proficiency in using event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
