Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage innovation projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct in-depth process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with IT, clinical, and operational teams to design and implement digital health solutions.
- Pilot and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance service delivery.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of innovation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of innovation across all departments.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on project progress and outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, quality management, or digital transformation within the healthcare or service industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) and process modeling software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex operational problems.
- Experience in driving change management initiatives within a large organization.
