Tanggung Jawab

  • Plan, organize, and execute diverse staff engagement events including wellness programs, team-building activities, and recognition ceremonies
  • Develop innovative work-life balance initiatives aligned with SGH's staff welfare objectives and healthcare industry standards
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics including vendor coordination, budgeting, venue selection, and risk assessment
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staff needs and design targeted engagement programs
  • Measure event effectiveness through feedback analysis and KPI tracking to continuously improve offerings
  • Oversee digital and physical promotion of events across multiple communication channels
  • Maintain relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and community partners for event execution

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, program coordination, or staff engagement roles
  • Proven track record of planning and executing large-scale corporate events (50+ participants)
  • Strong budget management skills with experience in vendor negotiation and cost optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite) and MS Office Suite
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and project management excellence
