Are you a creative strategist with a passion for hospitality and lifestyle branding? Island Landcap Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Senior Executive, Brand & Digital Marketing to lead our digital presence in Butterworth, Penang. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our brand identity, crafting compelling narratives and performance-driven campaigns that resonate with our guests.
The ideal candidate is a digital native who understands the intersection of content creation, social media growth, and data-backed marketing. You will have the autonomy to shape our digital voice, experiment with new trends, and drive real business impact within the competitive hospitality sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Oversee end-to-end content creation, including social media management, email marketing, and blog production.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage paid media budgets for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to drive leads and bookings.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and hospitality industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Coordinate with vendors, influencers, and creative agencies to ensure high-quality output.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand or digital marketing, preferably within hospitality or lifestyle sectors.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM software).
- Strong creative writing skills with an eye for high-quality visual aesthetics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (written and verbal).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
