Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and monitor the annual budget cycle, ensuring alignment with SMRT Trains' operational strategies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasts.
- Liaise with department heads to understand their financial requirements and approve budgetary changes.
- Analyze financial performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Support the development of long-term financial plans and capital expenditure proposals.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis to support decision-making processes.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in budget management, financial planning, or corporate finance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Singapore’s financial reporting standards and tax regulations is highly desirable.
- CFA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is an added advantage.
