Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive corporate engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead ESG initiatives including sustainability reporting, stakeholder consultations, and governance compliance
- Manage investor relations through quarterly earnings calls, roadshows, and relationship cultivation
- Coordinate board governance processes including committee meetings, policy reviews, and regulatory filings
- Design and implement stakeholder communication frameworks for diverse audiences
- Analyze market trends to identify engagement opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Represent the organization at industry forums and regulatory consultations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years' experience in corporate engagement, investor relations, or governance roles
- Proven expertise in ESG frameworks and regulatory compliance standards
- Advanced proficiency in stakeholder management and executive communications
- Certification in corporate governance (e.g., GIA, ICD.D) highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong network within Singapore's corporate and investment communities
