We are looking for a driven Senior Executive in Digital Marketing to take ownership of the creation and optimisation of web pages that support business growth. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between creative editorial content and technical web strategy, ensuring our digital presence not only attracts traffic but converts visitors into loyal customers.
As a key member of our marketing team, you will manage the lifecycle of digital assets, from conceptualizing high-impact web content to implementing data-driven SEO strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to refine user experience (UX) and ensure our messaging aligns with our brand voice. Tanggung Jawab
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of web page creation, including content planning, drafting, and technical optimisation for SEO and user engagement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive web strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable growth in traffic and conversions.
- Manage editorial calendars and ensure consistent, high-quality content delivery across all digital platforms.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and keyword research to improve search engine rankings and site performance.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure content is visually appealing and technically sound.
- Analyze web analytics data to identify trends, user behavior patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to keep the company's digital presence competitive.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on web strategy and content management.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, on-page optimization, and technical website structure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
