- Lead end-to-end development and optimization of e-commerce platforms and website experiences to maximize online revenue growth
- Analyze user behavior, website performance metrics, and conversion funnels to drive data-informed strategic decisions
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to execute integrated digital campaigns and promotional strategies
- Manage website content architecture, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and implementing SEO best practices
- Partner with IT and design teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch new website features and functionality enhancements
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify innovation opportunities
- Ensure seamless mobile-responsive experience and consistent cross-platform user journeys
- Prepare and present regular performance reports on e-commerce metrics and website analytics to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or website management roles
- Proven track record in driving online revenue growth, website conversion optimization, and digital transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms
- Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, digital marketing strategies, and e-commerce best practices
- Extensive experience with content management systems (CMS) and enterprise e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities with demonstrated leadership potential
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
