- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Radium Development's property portfolio.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and SEM to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Organize and coordinate events, site showings, and property launches to engage potential buyers.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in real estate marketing and sales.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the property or real estate industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media management).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
