Join Samsung as a Senior Executive, Fit-out & Mall Branding and lead transformative retail experiences across premier mall destinations. This strategic role requires you to develop and execute cutting-edge branding strategies that elevate Samsung's presence in high-traffic retail environments. You'll oversee end-to-end fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with global brand standards while optimizing customer engagement and commercial impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create immersive retail spaces that showcase Samsung's innovative product portfolio. Drive data-driven decision-making by tracking KPIs and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive mall branding strategies aligned with Samsung's global identity
- Oversee end-to-end fit-out project management from conceptualization to execution
- Coordinate with design, construction, and vendor teams to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor and analyze branding performance metrics across mall locations
- Manage budgets and resources for branding initiatives and fit-out projects
- Conduct market research to identify emerging retail trends and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, retail operations, and design teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail branding, fit-out management, or mall operations
- Proven track record of executing large-scale retail transformation projects
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Expertise in retail space planning, brand guidelines, and visual merchandising
- Advanced proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp) and project management tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels
