Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Executive, Marketing Communications & Management to join the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE). In this pivotal role, you will be the custodian of the school's brand identity, driving initiatives that elevate our digital presence and research excellence on a global scale.
The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a sharp analytical mind, capable of translating complex academic achievements into compelling narratives for diverse audiences. You will work closely with faculty, students, and institutional leadership to conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with prospective students, industry partners, and the global academic community.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to boost the school’s visibility.
- Manage the school’s digital ecosystem, including website content, social media channels, and email marketing newsletters.
- Produce high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, press releases, feature articles, and video scripts.
- Coordinate media outreach and press relations to showcase faculty research and student success stories.
- Organize and manage key promotional events, seminars, and outreach programs to engage stakeholders.
- Analyze digital performance metrics to report on campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align communication goals with the overarching university branding strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, preferably in an academic or institutional setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing excellence in copywriting, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms, social media management tools, and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent command of English with the ability to simplify technical information for a general audience.
- Proven project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated professional with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
