Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end‑to‑end marketing projects, from planning to execution, ensuring on‑time delivery within budget.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration among product, sales, digital, and creative teams to align on objectives and timelines.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project trackers, status reports, and performance dashboards for senior leadership.
- Monitor campaign metrics, analyse results, and present clear insights to improve ROI.
- Liaise with external vendors and agencies, managing contracts, deliverables, and quality standards.
- Support the planning of events, promotions, and product launches, overseeing logistical aspects.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, reviewing content for accuracy and compliance.
- Identify process improvements and implement best‑practice workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a similar analytical role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualisation tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Malay is a plus.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and brand integrity.
- Experience using project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is advantageous.
- Self‑motivated team player who thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement.
