National University Hospital (NUH) is dedicated to advancing healthcare and community well-being. The NUH KIDSTART Program is a vital initiative designed to provide holistic support to underserved mothers and newborns. We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Senior Executive to coordinate the operational aspects of this program.
In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of the KIDSTART Program, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and that the support services reach the communities that need them most. You will work closely with clinical teams, social workers, and community partners to deliver impactful maternal and child health interventions. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee the daily operational logistics of the NUH KIDSTART Program.
- Liaise with community partners, government agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Plan, organize, and execute community outreach events and educational workshops for mothers and families.
- Manage program budgets, resources, and supply chains to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Maintain accurate records of program activities, participant data, and outcome reports.
- Assist in the development and distribution of educational materials and program collateral.
- Provide administrative support for multidisciplinary meetings and program reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in program coordination, operations management, or community outreach.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data management tools.
- A genuine passion for maternal health, child welfare, and social impact initiatives.
