Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic programs to enhance the employability and career progression of Malay/Muslim professionals
- Collaborate with industry partners to identify emerging skills and create relevant training initiatives
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends to inform program development and adaptation
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, educational institutions, and corporate partners
- Oversee program execution, including budget management, monitoring, and evaluation of outcomes
- Develop and deliver workshops, seminars, and networking events for professional development
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of programs and impact metrics
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to promote initiatives and partnerships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in program development, community engagement, or related field
- Strong understanding of Malay/Muslim community dynamics and challenges
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and stakeholder relationships
- Experience in conducting research and data analysis to inform program development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Demonstrated passion for community development and empowerment
