Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate operational workflows and project milestones across multiple domains within the SDTC.
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to promote SDTC initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for inter-departmental inquiries, ensuring seamless information flow.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior management and committee meetings.
- Manage logistical requirements for centre-wide events, workshops, and high-level stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance the operational efficiency of the centre.
- Support the development and maintenance of internal digital platforms and communication channels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an operations, communications, or project management role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Proficiency in project management tools and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in a healthcare or academic research environment is highly advantageous.
