AEON is looking for a dedicated Senior Executive, Product Compliance (Food) to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our diverse food portfolio adheres to the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance. You will act as the guardian of our product integrity, working closely with cross-functional teams to navigate the complex landscape of food safety regulations.
Your expertise will help AEON maintain its reputation for quality and trustworthiness by ensuring all products meet local and international legal requirements. We are seeking a proactive professional who can manage product dossiers, conduct thorough audits, and implement robust compliance strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian food safety regulations, including MFA (MyFoodSafety) and Ministry of Health (MoH) standards.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product registration, including dossiers, amendments, and renewals.
- Conduct regular internal audits and inspections of product labels, formulations, and packaging.
- Collaborate with R&D and Supply Chain teams to address compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor changes in food laws and update internal policies and procedures accordingly.
- Train and educate relevant stakeholders on food safety compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with external regulatory bodies to secure product approvals and maintain good standing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food regulatory affairs, quality assurance, or compliance.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian food safety laws and HACCP/ISO 22000 principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them practically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to write clear and precise regulatory documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
