- Develop and implement comprehensive omni-channel marketing strategies for F&B properties at Marina Bay Sands
- Create compelling marketing campaigns that highlight the unique offerings of our diverse F&B establishments
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities for F&B properties
- Collaborate with culinary teams to develop innovative marketing concepts that showcase our signature dishes and experiences
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and content creation
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all F&B touchpoints
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to senior management with actionable insights
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies to maintain competitive advantage
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in F&B or hospitality marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful omni-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex marketing strategies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems
