Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety/security policies aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats
- Lead emergency response planning and crisis management initiatives for facility incidents
- Manage security personnel through training, performance evaluation, and operational oversight
- Ensure compliance with BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) protocols and certifications
- Investigate security incidents, document findings, and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services for incident response
- Maintain security documentation and reporting systems for audit purposes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Security, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Certified Security Professional (CSP) designation or equivalent certification
- BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) Certification mandatory
- 3-5 years progressive experience in corporate safety/security management
- Proven expertise in risk assessment methodologies and emergency response protocols
- Strong knowledge of Philippine safety regulations and international security standards
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in security technology systems and incident reporting software
