You will be responsible for driving brand growth and market share for our esteemed Personal Care portfolio. You will develop and implement cutting-edge trade marketing strategies, manage promotional budgets, and analyze market data to optimize our trade investments.

Working closely with the Category and Space Management teams, you will ensure our brands win at the shelf through superior shelf visibility, optimal planograms, and impactful point-of-sale materials. You will also partner with the Sales team to align on key account plans, promotional calendars, and in-store execution excellence.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive trade marketing strategies and promotional plans for the Personal Care brands to achieve volume and market share targets.
  • Manage the A&P trade budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and clear KPIs to maximize ROI on all trade spends.
  • Collaborate with Category and Space Management to optimize shelf layouts, planograms, and product visibility across modern trade, general trade, and key accounts.
  • Partner closely with the Sales team to align on key account strategies, joint business plans (JBPs), and in-store execution standards.
  • Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to identify trade opportunities, shopper insights, and gaps in execution.
  • Coordinate with Brand Marketing to develop effective trade materials (POSM, displays) and ensure flawless launch execution.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, promotional effectiveness, and market trends to provide actionable recommendations to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Sales within the FMCG industry.
  • Experience in Personal Care or beauty categories is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
  • Willing to be based in Glenmarie, Selangor.
