EtonHouse International Education Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior/Executive, Volunteer Management & Partnerships to join our growing team. As a leading international education provider, we are dedicated to nurturing young minds and fostering a strong sense of community. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can drive our volunteer initiatives and build meaningful partnerships with key stakeholders to amplify our educational impact.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of our volunteer programs, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals. You will act as the bridge between EtonHouse and the wider community, cultivating relationships that enhance our educational outreach. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive volunteer management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate entities, NGOs, and community stakeholders.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of volunteer programs, including recruitment, training, and onboarding.
- Coordinate community engagement events, educational workshops, and fundraising activities.
- Monitor program performance and prepare detailed impact reports for stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all partnership inquiries and volunteer inquiries.
- Advocate for EtonHouse’s mission to expand our educational reach within the Central Region.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in volunteer management, partnerships, or community development.
- Strong existing network within the Singaporean community and educational sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Passion for international education and a commitment to community service.
