- Develop and implement comprehensive external relations strategies for the manufacturing division
- Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, industry associations, and key stakeholders
- Act as the primary Mandarin-speaking liaison for Chinese partners and market expansion initiatives
- Manage media relations and coordinate communication campaigns
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences
- Monitor industry trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, International Relations, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in external relations or corporate communications
- Native or fluent Mandarin language skills (written and spoken)
- Deep understanding of the manufacturing industry and its regulatory environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
