Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily operations of integrated pig farm sites to ensure peak productivity and animal health.
- Manage and mentor on-site workforce, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate site facilities and logistics, including feed supply chains, waste management, and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Implement and monitor strict biosecurity protocols to ensure compliance with national and international health standards.
- Develop and execute cross-functional site strategies in collaboration with corporate leadership to achieve production targets.
- Analyze farm performance data to provide actionable insights for operational cost reduction and yield optimization.
- Manage communication and workflows between remote sites and the regional headquarters in Jakarta.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in large-scale livestock management or farm operations.
- Strong understanding of modern pig farming techniques, nutrition, and environmental control systems.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage large, multi-disciplinary field teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of technical literacy, particularly with farm management software and data analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel between various project sites across Indonesia as required.
