As a Senior FAT specialist, you will oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, ensuring that all accounting records are accurate and that the company remains in full compliance with local tax laws. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
- Manage all aspects of tax compliance, including the calculation, filing, and reporting of PPh 21, 23, 25, 4(2), and PPN (VAT).
- Serve as the primary liaison for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, translating financial reports and facilitating communication.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities for audits and corporate tax reporting.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis and assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Supervise junior accounting staff and provide mentorship to ensure high-quality financial output.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with at least 1-2 years in a senior role.
- Professional fluency in Mandarin (HSK 5 or 6 preferred) with the ability to communicate technical financial terms effectively.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations and hands-on experience with e-Faktur, e-SPT, and other tax applications.
- Possession of a Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Xero, or SAP) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet month-end deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of professional integrity.
