As a Senior Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in the financial stability of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include performing complex bank reconciliations and overseeing the preparation, management, and analysis of monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets for five distinct entities. You will ensure that all financial data is accurate, compliant with local regulations, and delivered on time to support strategic decision-making.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare, manage, and analyze the monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
- Manage and reconcile Balance Sheets for 5 separate entities.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Review financial transactions for accuracy and authorization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address financial queries and provide insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably with exposure to multi-entity reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and financial reporting frameworks.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian.
