Tanggung Jawab
- Lead financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
- Manage month-end/year-end closing processes and ensure accurate financial statements
- Develop and maintain budgets, monitor variances, and provide actionable insights
- Implement financial controls and internal audit procedures to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process optimization and cost reduction
- Mentor junior finance staff and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CMA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience in multinational companies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
- Proven track record of improving financial processes and controls
